Hey there!

I am so glad that you stopped by! My name is Chantel and I’m here to help you come to the plant side! I’m a travel obsessed Mom, a health enthusiast, a former teacher, and a thrifty budgeter. When I am not writing or cooking, you will find me out traveling, kayaking, hiking, watching movies, or at the beach. My family loves adventure and we can’t get enough of exploring new places and trying new foods! 

One of my biggest desires is to live a long healthy life, but for many years I continually encountered health struggles. I changed habit after habit, went from diet to diet, and could not figure out what was wrong with my body. After years of experimenting, I finally came across some resources that made all the difference in my life. I’ll tell you more about those resources and my whole-food, plant-based journey here

My goal is to help you to come to the plant side. It may seem like a daunting task at the beginning, but I believe that even altering one thing a day can have lasting effects. After working towards this goal, you will be able to look back and realize you have happily adapted to a plant-based lifestyle.

I’ll help you come to the plant side by:

  • Sharing the knowledge I gained through years of research and diet experimentation 
  • Giving you tools to improve your mindset 
  • Providing resources that will make the transition more manageable
  • Encouraging you to stand up for your health

I’m here to make this adjustment easier and give you hope for an even better you. Its time to feel good again.
